A fine second for Ben Mitchell at the International Trophy meeting
WPR were present for the famous Silverstone International Trophy meeting on May 22/23 2021 to take part in the pair of Historic Formula Ford races with the Classic Auction Review supported Merlyn MK20 in the hands of regular driver, Ben Mitchell.
Ben qualified third for Race 1 in the enormous 39 car field and held second place for most of the race before dropping to fourth at the finish.
In Race 2 Ben started fifth but quickly made his way up to second on Lap 4 but was just unable to take the top spot, but taking a fine podium in such a large field.
