Podiums for Parton at Oulton
The WPR team opened its 2017 account in style with a second and third for Nathan Parton at Oulton Park in the Northern FF1600 pre '90 championship.
Nathan, running a Van Diemen RF89, qualified fourth for Race 1 but came through to finish second. In Race 2 Nathan started on the front row but slipped back to third at the end.
Steve Bracegirdle was also out in his similar car and recorded fifth and sixth place finishes in the two races.
