With a new season only weeks away now Wayne Poole Racing are getting ready for another busy year. In fact it has already begun with Darren Houldcroft and new driver, Ashley Clifford, completing more than 100 laps apiece at a cold but clear Llandow at the end of January. For 2009, FF1600 regulars Pete Diccox (with some new bits on his car), Olly Bull and Tom Margetson will be joined by others including Darren and Ashley along with Des Andrews and Guy Parr both out in the Castle Combe GT series. Jim Morris will run a number of Silverstone FF1600 events and a couple of other drivers may appear from time to time.
