Well known and successful Historic Formula Two racer, Matthew Watts, has been out testing at Castle Combe with a Wayne Poole Racing team car. With few races on the Historic F2 calendar Matthew was keen to get in some track time in order to be race fit for the season opener at Hockenheim in early May.

On a warm, dry day at Combe and in one of the team's Class A Van Diemens Matthew quickly got down to competitive and consistent Formula Ford lap times, finding the test both enjoyable and useful.
