As the WPR team packed up after a successful meeting at Castle Combe on August Bank holiday Monday they were looking forward to one of their busiest ever week's.

The following day (Tuesday) the team would be introducing a group of young Karters to car racing at Llandow in the team's Mini Cooper.

On Friday the team will be at Oulton Park for a test ahead of the race meeting on Saturday on the full International circuit with Steve Bracegirdle and Wayne Poole himself having another of his occasional outings.

Finally the team will be heading towards Donington Park on the Sunday where Don boyack will be out in his Vand Diemen RF89.
